The Human Resource Management program at Miller-Motte provides students with a working knowledge of all evolving aspects of the field. This program is designed for students seeking an entry-level career in human resource management in the for-profit, not-for-profit, and government sectors.

Our career training includes a broad mix of course work that allows the student to acquire a blend of basic business skills and the core elements of human resource management theory and application. Human Resource Management training may be applied to many business fields. Graduates can seek careers as HR generalist representatives, human resource management trainees, and compensation specialists in business, industry, and governmental agencies.
