Introducing the Graduate Placement Strategy - a proven process guiding each student towards the right career position, with the right employer.

The GPS process covers the journey from "classroom to career"

  • New Student Introduction - Prior to the start of classes, new students meet key school staff and learn about the GPS process
  • Practicum/Externship Program  - Exposes students to real-life career experience
  • Career Portfolio - Students build collections of work samples, important achievements, letters of recommendation and awards to showcase skills and achievements
  • Career Management Classwork and Seminars  - Topics include Resume Writing, Interview Skills, Dressing for Success

GPS is a Partnership

Students have the opportunity to partner with the Career Services team, faculty, staff alumni and our employer partners in plotting their personal course to a new, changed future. These resources help guide and support each student in achieving their goals and reaching their planned career destination.

The GPS Process Does Not End with Graduation

Graduates can access additional career tools and networking resources available on campus and online throughout the entire life of their career.
