Transferability of Credits

Credits earned at Miller-Motte Technical College may not transfer to another educational institution. Credits earned at another educational intuition may not be accepted by Miller-Motte Technical College. You should obtain confirmation that Miller-Motte Technical College will accept any credits you have earned at another educational institute before you execute an enrollment contract or agreement. You should also contact any educational institutions that you may want to transfer credits earned at Miller-Motte Technical College to determine if such institutions will accept credits earned at Miller-Motte Technical College prior to executing an enrollment contract or agreement. The ability to transfer credits from Miller-Motte Technical College to another educational institution may be very limited. Your credits may not transfer and you may have to repeat courses previously taken at Miller-Motte Technical College if you enroll in another educational institution.

Miller-Motte Technical College does have current, valid articulation agreements with a limited number of colleges and universities. For example, an articulation agreement is in place with the Miller-Motte College campus in Wilmington, North Carolina, for their bachelor programs. The articulation agreement specifies which courses successfully completed by a student in some programs at your local Miller-Motte Technical College campus will be accepted by the receiving institution. You should contact the campus director prior to signing an enrollment contract or agreement if you are interested in reviewing articulation agreement information. You should never assume that credits will transfer to or from any educational institution. It is highly recommended and you are advised to make certain that you know the transfer of credit policy of Miller-Motte Technical College and of any other educational institutions you may in the future want to transfer the credits earned at Miller-Motte Technical College before you execute an enrollment contract or agreement.
