Court Clerks are responsible for ensuring that all courtroom procedures are followed and that things run smoothly. Court Clerks communicate with attorneys and their witnesses to prepare dockets, record events inside the courtroom and other important duties. Court Clerks also approve default judgments and prepare various legal reports and documents.
