In as little as 18 months, you could graduate from our Business Administration program, as other students from Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Leland, Hampstead and Burgaw are already doing.

                  Plus, this is a Hybrid track program. What does this mean for you? You will take most of your coursework online with video, audio and text-based lessons and interactive discussion groups.                   How You’ll Benefit from Business Management Courses

                  Business Administration courses show you how businesses are run and how they function best. You will gain a solid foundation in planning operations, pursuing business goals, supervising workers and establishing policies from courses like these:

                  • Customer Relations and Servicing: This course introduces students to the importance of customer service in business today. Students will be exposed to the essential skills needed when dealing with both external and internal customers. Emphasis will be focused on verbal and non-verbal communication skills, dealing with challenging customers, solving problems, surveying customer satisfaction and retaining customers. 
                  • Accounting I: Students are acquainted with basic accounting principles. Emphasis is on the accounting cycle, accounting for cash receipts, disbursements, banking procedures and reconciliations, payroll processes and recording the basic transactions of a sole proprietorship. 
                  • Word Processing/Presentation Skills: This course addresses advanced word processing functions related to the preparation, revision and editing of business documents. In addition, this course explores the application of graphics software in business presentations. Students create and edit software presentations for business applications, use proofing tools, incorporate clip-art, charts, drawings and special effects for building dynamic slide shows.

                  Business Administration courses will give you the knowledge and skills you need, no matter what direction you take with your business training. In addition to the classes, you’ll gain real-world experience in our externship course.
