At Miller-Motte, the career training and support doesn’t end after graduation. Our Career Assistance guarantees alumni access to resources that can help them continue their education and move forward in their careers. Whether you’re looking for a new position or are up for a promotion, we’re there to help you make the most out of your career opportunities.
When you complete a career training program, you’ll leave with a career portfolio, a resume, or both. These are used to document learned skills and accomplishments that have taken place during the program.
However, after a few months or years in the field, those portfolios and resumes will need to be updated to include new work experiences, skills and work-related accomplishments. With the help of our Career Assistance team, you can revamp your career portfolio and craft a resume that accurately details your current experience and shows employers how you can succeed in a new venture.
As a Miller-Motte graduate, you’ll also have access to our Career Readiness workshops and Refresher Courses. Attending these classes can help prepare you for job interviews and keep you up-to-date on the latest methods and practices in your field.
