This Hybrid track program allows you to pursue an Associate’s Degree in IT Support Specialist in a combination of flexible online classes with hands-on, in-person training. Enrollment is on a rolling basis with classes beginning every 5-10 weeks, and you can be finished with your IT Support Specialist degree in as little as 18 months.

IT Support Specialist Curriculum

Practice installing and maintaining operating systems, basic networking and security, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and understanding virtualization, cloud concepts, and deployment.

Study wireless technologies, networking hardware, protocols, IP addressing, ports, and transmission methods.

Develop customer service skills while learning how to prepare help desk tickets and technical documentation as well as support technical devices in a Help Desk environment.

Learn how to troubleshoot desktop operating systems in various network environments.

Discover how to implement advanced configurations, server roles, and server environments within an IT infrastructure.

Study basic security concepts while conducting risk assessments, using virtualization techniques, implementing and maintaining a secure network, and more.
