Time: 9am graduates need to arrive, practice and pics 9-11am | Family will enter at 11am | Ceremony begins at 11:30am. (No tickets required; it’s a gym with over 1,000 seats.)

Graduation ceremonies are scheduled regionally. Students should check with their specific campus or visit the Miller-Motte Graduation Page for updates. Students must have a confirmed graduation date before attending a ceremony.
Miller-Motte does not cover travel costs for graduation ceremonies. Students looking for affordable travel options can reach out to their local campus for recommendations.
Miller-Motte offers a virtual ceremony for online degree graduates. Students will receive details on timing, registration, and participation closer to the event. Ensure your contact details are up to date in the student portal to receive notifications.
Regalia (cap, gown, tassel, honors cords) is mailed to the address listed in the student portal. If it hasn’t arrived two weeks before the ceremony, students should contact their Career Services Advisor, not Student Services. Processing & shipping takes 8-10 weeks from graduation.
Diplomas are ordered after all academic and financial obligations are met. If a student has completed everything but hasn’t received their diploma, they should contact their Career Services Advisor. Processing & shipping takes 8-12 weeks.
Graduation Date – The date a student completes their final class and meets all requirements. Graduation Ceremony Date – The date a student walks in the ceremony. This may be scheduled weeks or months later than the graduation date.
Students can request a Letter of Completion from online.
No, formal invitations are not provided. Students are encouraged to invite guests personally.
